This guided meditation reflects on personal sovereignty as an inherent inner freedom that already belongs to each of us, but must be consciously recognized and reclaimed within ourselves rather than sought from external authority. It encourages gentle self-reflection to notice where we may have given this power away, emphasizing that claiming sovereignty aligns with compassion, kindness, and love for ourselves and others. Through stillness, presence, and connection with our inner silence and the Earth, we can repeatedly rediscover our personal sovereignty and access the rich inner resources already within us.
Personal SovereigntyWhat is personal sovereignty?
What does personal sovereignty mean to you?
No one can give you what is already yours, and personal sovereignty is already yours.
Yet you must claim your personal sovereignty, each one of us within ourselves, for ourselves.
This freedom is inherently ours, and no one can take it away from us.
But we have to look within ourselves and see, have we given it away or diminished it?
Let us not blame ourselves if we discover that we have.
It seems we have all been raised to look outside ourselves for authority, for answers, for guidance, for direction, and for just about everything.
And recognizing this gives us the opportunity to absolutely reclaim it.
Your personal sovereignty is yours to claim within yourself, right here, right now, and always.
Acknowledging and claiming your personal sovereignty is never in conflict with beingkind, loving, caring, respectful, forgiving, and compassionate.
And the more we offer these qualities to ourselves, the more we naturally bring these qualities to each other and the world.
As we choose our personal sovereignty, we are choosing what we prioritize, and in every choice there are elements of both fear and trust.
Be aware of both what you fear and what you trust in making this choice for yourself.
As you explore this, step deeper into yourself, into the silence of your being, into your Source connection, and ground into your deep roots with Mother Earth.
It doesn’t matter what the voice in your head is saying. That’s not where you claim your personal sovereignty.
Drop deeper into yourselfand feel the truth of who you are.
Give yourself the time to feel into the silence of your being.
Each present moment is innocent, spaciousand ripe with unknown potential.
In the silence and the stillness within you,you will meet your own personal sovereignty. It is yours to discover and claim for yourself.Over and over again.
And you have so much to discover within you.So much.
Alive through the life force of Mother Earth,we are connected directly to the source of all life within ourselves.
What an interesting setup we have created here on this planet.
We are beings of infinite love and light, needing to reclaim our personal sovereignty.
And we have a vast wealth of inner resources to help and support us on this journey.
Inner resources such as: couragecompassion kindness freedom forgivenessinnocence peace eternity self-respect pure love and many, many more.
All, already, within you.

This guided meditation emphasizes the courage it takes to choose joy amidst widespread pain and negativity in the world. It encourages cultivating joy through small, authentic acts of kindness—such as smiling, giving, caring for pets or plants, and appreciating the simple joys of being alive. By focusing on joy, love, and peace in each moment, we radiate positive energy and help uplift those around us.
Courageously JoyfulIt takes a lot of courage these daysto choose to be joyful.
People everywhere are experiencing so much pain and suffering, and there are so many dysfunctional things happening in our world.
To intercept the waves of low-frequency negativityflowing around and affecting us,it takes courage and determination.
But we are the changemakers.
We bring smiles to people who look sadand hugs to those we can.
And we emanate positive high frequencies into our world.
We choose love, and we focus on love.
We feel for peace within us,and we radiate our healing light.
And now we’re choosing to focus a little more specificallyon the vibration of joy.
We want to bring as much happiness to as many people, animals, plants, and the world as we can.
Explore what feels authentically joyful for you.
Maybe just smile at someoneand see if they smile back,or tell a joke, give a small gift.Send someone a loving and encouraging message.
Do something kind and caring for a friendor someone you don’t know well.
Spend extra time with your pets, care for your plants, work in your garden.
Make space to do kind, loving, and joyful things for yourself.
In each present moment, you can find joy.
Keep some of your awareness on the lookoutfor the positive perspective in each moment, and see if you can experience a little more joy.
The more joy you feel, the more joy you vibrate and activate.
You create joyful energies all around you.
And you will start to bring that joyful feelingto all kinds of things in your life.
Be curious.
Feel the joy of taking a deep breath.
Feel the joy of just being alive in your body.
Take a moment and look around you.Find something that brings you joy right now.

This guided meditation invites deep relaxation and self-remembering through slow, heart-centered breathing and awareness of inner peace. It encourages pausing the momentum of striving to feel love, caring, and compassion flowing through the heart, allowing unconditional self-acceptance. Bhavani reminds the listener that true transformation comes from feeling and loving oneself fully, recognizing their eternal nature as a being of infinite love and radiant light.
A Radical Transformation ~ Loving YourselfWe’ve all journeyed for a long time.
Let’s slow downand take a few deep breaths.
Breathing in to the heart spaceand breathing out, letting go and relaxing.
As you remain aware of the rhythm of your breath, shift to a higher perspective where you can reflecton how much you have truly evolved already.
You can really relax now.
It’s okay. It’s more than okay.
It’s essential.
You can discover and remember so much moreof yourself when you are relaxed and at peace.
Feel into your inner peace.
Let the gentle vibrations of peacepermeate your body and your whole being.
Part of this radical transformationis allowing ourselves to pause and relax.
We need to pause the momentum of our doing, our striving, and our planning, and let ourselves step back, breathe, and remember who we really are.
Feel your body.
Breathe into your heart spaceand relax into a quiet, peaceful, open state of being.
Feel how much you care.
Feel how much you careabout someone you love,or several someones,or about Mother Nature.
Feel how much you care about yourself.
And feel the vibrationof caring in your heart.
Be curious about what’s happening in your heart.
This caring you feel is an aspect of love.
Feel how caring comes from love.
Feel this love flowing through your heart.
Feel the love flowing through your heartand into your whole body.
Feel yourself breathing in pure loveand feel the love flow into your whole being.
Feel yourself being loved.
This love flows unceasinglyfrom an infinite source.
It infuses your whole being, loving you, just as you are, loving yourself unconditionally.
If you notice any impediments, just let them be there.
If you notice any resistance, just let it be there too, offering compassion to yourself.
And feel the relief of letting go.
Feel into your caring heart and love yourself.
Bring in kindness, compassion, and forgiveness.
Love yourself with gentleness and great joy.
No matter how much pain and suffering you have ever feltor even may be feeling now, love yourself unconditionally.
Be willing to keep feeling.
That is the most radical transformation there is.
You are an eternal being of infinite love, and no matter how far away from Sourceyou have ever believed yourself to be,nothing can change the truth of who you are.
Keep being curious about what you feelas you allow yourself to love yourselfwith unconditional love.
You can repurpose your striving and your planningto be aware of every momentwhen you feel and remember this truth:that you are an eternal being of pure, infinite loveand effervescent, radiant light.
Every breath is an opportunity to pause, breathe into your heart space, and relax.
So you can remind yourselfthat you are a being of love and light, over and over again.
And love yourself!

In this guided meditation, Bhavani poetically reflects on a childhood of deep sensitivity and love that was often met with disapproval, leading her to believe she was unseen, unworthy, and dependent on others for validation. After a lifetime of seeking love externally and experiencing repeated rejection and pain, she realizes that the love and worth she longed for must come from within. By reclaiming her place at the center of her own heart, she embraces her inherent value and invites others to do the same.
Because You Couldn’t See Me
Because you couldn’t see me, I thought I wasn’t there.
When I was a little girl, I could see things.I could feel things, I could feel what other people were feeling,I could hear their thoughts, finish their sentences.
That was received and met with disapproval mostly,a shocked face and then a gap, a distancing…as I felt them in retreatfrom me.
I knew that I was full of light and full of love, full of knowledge, truth, awareness, presence, exuberance. My love was overflowing, seeking to be met, to be received,to be appreciated and reciprocated, and I waseagerly awaiting the glorious exchange.
It seemed so natural, authentic, intrinsic, so true. This love seeking love, seeking expansion, growth, flowering, blooming. Togetherness.
Ahhhh the exquisiteness of one momentof my mother’s loving hug, laughing with my brother,or a smile from my father – and my heart would light uplike fireworks!
These moments were few and far between, but just enough to keep me seeking more. Just enoughto know without a doubt it really did exist, this love, this pure, loving connection flowing like a mighty river. At least, I felt it.
But the moments got further and further apart, and the space got filled with rules and expectations, definitionsfor who I was supposed to be and become.
The expectations dangled with a promise of love rewarded, but apparently I was never good enough to receive. The rules kept changing, being redesigned arbitrarily,my enthusiasm waning with every rejection.
I thought it must just be my family!Ok – I’ll wait. I’ll grow up, get married, have children, have my own family and live happily ever after!
Ahhh the innocence of my sweet self!
Did you ever feel this way?
In every relationship I was seeking loveand finding love, beautiful love!
Again I was reaching out, longing to meet in the placeof always prioritizing love as the pinnacle of life.
But we didn’t know, us humans. We didn’t remember. We got lost.So lost.
We hurt each other. We didn’t really know how not to.
I spent a lifetime seeking to be loved,to have my love received, to honor that delicious flowingnectar of loving connection.
I tried to adhere to exalted paths in numerous contortionsof my being, and still experienced rejection, abandonment, loss, disappointment, betrayal, blame and resentment.
I diminished myself until I almost disappeared, seeking nothingness as a spiritual path.
Until I realized that I somehow had absorbed and believed the ideathat I needed recognition, approval, acknowledgment, agreement, and some kind of verification, confirmation, and certificationfrom some external authority.
Or maybe I even believed that my ok-ness, much less my greatness, needed some kind of collective external consensus.Yet it was always vague and unclear howthat would actually happen.
Did you ever feel this way?
This wound in my heart, this excruciating pain in my heart, just kept getting deeper and deeper.
But then, I finally found that all that disappointment, grief and loss revealed an empty seatin the center of my heart.
A seat I had kept trying to give away.A seat on which I kept placing someone else:my father, my mother, my boyfriends, my teachers,my husband, my children, my grandchildren …
But all the external rejection and abandonment led me here,to the seat in my heart. To the throne in my heart, waiting to be filled by none other than me.
And I took my seat.
That was one of the hardest and most courageous moves I ever made.
I sat on the throne in my own heart.
And I sit on my throne,my golden throne made of light and love. And I feel all the pain, and all the love.
It’s been quite the journey into the unknown, navigating my life from a completely fresh perspective. It’s been scary, afraid of being seen as selfish, uncaring, narcissistic. It’s an ongoing journey of feeling, inquiry, tears and laughter!Very painful and absolutely exhilarating, and utterly profound.
And I found within me a pivotal and core assumptionthat had slipped in and made itself at home:
Because no one could really see me, I thought I wasn’t there.
Well, here I am!
Here I am.
And yes, because you couldn’t see me,I thought I wasn’t there.
Because you couldn’t love me,I thought I wasn’t loved or lovable.
Because you hurt me and belittled me,I thought I wasn’t good enough.
Because you diminished me, and judged mewith disapproval, I thought I was unworthy.
Because you lied about me, blamed me, rejectedand abandoned me, I crumpled.
But truly, because I placed my eyes on you, I led myself astray.Seeking love, approval, appreciation, respect, recognition, and worthiness, from all of you,so I could feel good about myself!
I crawled through that long, dark, dank tunnel –an unspeakable journey.
But at the end I found what I was looking for.
Myself.
Myself held in dignity and love.Myself, undeniably and unequivocally loved.Myself, bright, brilliant, adorable, beautiful, pure, innocent, and utterly good.
I’m no longer willing to deny, diminish, grovel, ordisappear myself.
My light is more brilliant than can be seen by any human eyes,my beauty is more profound and glorious, the love that I am is unequivocally pure and magnificent, and I am infinitely greater than even I can acknowledge. And I am being and becoming more of all of this, which is myself, with every breath.
Right here, right now, here I am –peacefully, quietly, happily, and sometimes painfully, occupying the golden throne in my own heart.
And I invite you to look into your heart, and discover your own golden throne of love and light, pulsating with beauty.
And take your seat.

This guided meditation reframes being “triggered” as an opportunity for positive transformation, guiding the listener to breathe, relax, and consciously allow uplifting experiences—like appreciation, love, gratitude, and joy—to trigger positive emotional states. It encourages using even difficult emotional triggers as gateways to compassion, forgiveness, and deeper self-understanding, highlighting vulnerability as a path to growth. Ultimately, it invites a shift in perspective that awakens inner peace, love, and a greater sense of connection.
Getting Positively Triggered
We all get triggered.
You know how that feels. And you probably don’t like it.
Feel your bodyand settle into this moment.
Take three focused breaths.Inhale and expand your chest.Exhale and relax your shoulders.
Inhale and expand your chest.Exhale with a big sighand relax your shoulders.
Inhale again,expand your chest,pause for a moment.
Exhale with a big sigh,let go,and relax.
And keep some of your awarenesson your breathing during this guided inquiry.
We usually think of getting triggeredin a negative way.
But as we are evolving,we can expand our perspective.
We can let ourselves be triggeredby positive, uplifting circumstances.
Focusing on your inner resourcescan positively trigger you.
Imagine someone saying, “I really appreciate you.”Or say to yourself, “I really appreciate you.”
And let yourself be triggeredinto a deep experienceof feeling appreciated.
When someone says to you, “I love you,”let yourself be triggeredinto an exquisite experienceof feeling loved.
Let nature’s beautytrigger you into beauty.
Think of things you are genuinely grateful forand let yourself be triggeredinto the powerfully transformative frequencyof gratitude.
Imagine happy, funny, adorable, laughing little childrenand let yourself be triggeredinto joy.
We can repurpose everything with our perception.
Let yourself be triggered right nowby the very best feelingsyou can possibly imagine having.
And have them.
Feel your body.Feel your energy fieldand feel the energies in your heart.
What is happening? What do you notice? What are you feeling?
Just let go and let these frequencies vibrate you.
From here, you have the awarenessto know that when you get triggered in a painful way, you’re just trying to inform yourself.
It’s an opportunity to feel moreand know more about yourself.
Getting triggered in an upsetting wayalso gives you an opportunityto bring compassion to yourself, forgiveness, understanding, gentleness, and hope.
It opens us up to feeling vulnerable, exposed, and even humbled.
How beautiful is that?
And for every mistake you believe you have made, bring more compassion to yourself.
Let each breath comfort you and center you.
Remain curious, grounded, and connectedto Mother Earth.
What does feeling vulnerable, exposed, and humbled offer you in a positive way?
Only you can know this for yourself.
Bring more compassion to yourself, forgiveness, understanding, gentleness, and appreciation right now.
Every emotion has its own frequency.Every emotion is here for usto explore ourselves more fullyand discover the truth of who we really are.
As you bring this higher perspective to yourself,it will naturally shift your perspectivein countless other ways.
Curiously explore your abilityto change and repurpose your perspective, especially around getting triggered.
And you will discover your powerto further awaken, transform, and evolve.
You will continue to experienceyour eternal being oflimitless peace, radiant light, and unconditional love that you truly are.
