Courageously Joyful - Guided Meditation
by Bhavani Lev and Kristin Hoffmann 🎵
This guided meditation emphasizes the courage it takes to choose joy amidst widespread pain and negativity in the world. It encourages cultivating joy through small, authentic acts of kindness—such as smiling, giving, caring for pets or plants, and appreciating the simple joys of being alive. By focusing on joy, love, and peace in each moment, we radiate positive energy and help uplift those around us.
Courageously Joyful
It takes a lot of courage these days
to choose to be joyful.
People everywhere are experiencing so much pain and suffering,
and there are so many dysfunctional things happening in our world.
To intercept the waves of low-frequency negativity
flowing around and affecting us,
it takes courage and determination.
But we are the changemakers.
We bring smiles to people who look sad
and hugs to those we can.
And we emanate positive high frequencies into our world.
We choose love, and we focus on love.
We feel for peace within us,
and we radiate our healing light.
And now we’re choosing to focus a little more specifically
on the vibration of joy.
We want to bring as much happiness to as many people, animals, plants,
and the world as we can.
Explore what feels authentically joyful for you.
Maybe just smile at someone
and see if they smile back,
or tell a joke,
give a small gift.
Send someone a loving and encouraging message.
Do something kind and caring for a friend
or someone you don’t know well.
Spend extra time with your pets,
care for your plants,
work in your garden.
Make space to do kind, loving,
and joyful things for yourself.
In each present moment, you can find joy.
Keep some of your awareness on the lookout
for the positive perspective in each moment,
and see if you can experience a little more joy.
The more joy you feel,
the more joy you vibrate and activate.
You create joyful energies all around you.
And you will start to bring that joyful feeling
to all kinds of things in your life.
Be curious.
Feel the joy of taking a deep breath.
Feel the joy of just being alive in your body.
Take a moment and look around you.
Find something that brings you joy right now.
