We all want to be happier and to feel good.
We all want more light and less darkness in our world,in our lives, and in ourselves.
We are beings of light,of infinite light and pure, unconditional love.
Take a few moments to feel that light and lovein your heart.
Feel how much you care.
Feel your longing for more love.
You have so much love to give.
You have so much light to shine.
And both are growing stronger and brighter all the time.
Your own suffering has given you great compassion.
Like little children, human beings are inherentlyhappy, curious, and adorable.
Think of someone you love, which can be a person,an animal, a pet, a tree, a place in nature;
feel the love filling your heart.Feel the light that is there too, within you.
With each breath, feel yourself filling with light.Every cell and particle of your body, sparklingand shimmering with light.
When the light comes, where does the darkness go?
It is simply gone.

Opening To Longing
What do you really want for yourself?
What do you dream about getting, or having, or doing?
Take a few focused breaths. Inhale and expand your chest, and relax with each exhalation.
Feel your body.
Bring to mind all that you really would love to happen in your life.
With each desire, there's a feeling wanting to be experienced.
What is it you want to feel from fulfilling your desires?
You know what you want to feel, and you know how you want to feel.
Take a few moments to name them to yourself: what you really long to feel from attaining your deepest desires.
Let yourself feel them, now and let yourself enjoy them right now.
Notice where you feel these beautiful feelings in your body. Notice the vibrations and sensations of these feelings.
Keep opening this place within you, of all the things you are longing to feel, yearning to feel.
You don't have to wait.
As you feel into the things you really long for, notice if there's anything in the way. Not by what we call reasonable thinking, just by curiously feeling the vibrations within you.
Let each breath calm and comfort you, no matter what else is happening.
Let it all just be as it is. Take another deep breath and consciously shine your light of awareness with curiosity and kindness to all of yourself, and notice what happens.
Keep breathing and opening to the things you really long to feel,maybe things you've always longed to feel or to feel more fully.
You can feel for all that right now just by clearly saying to yourselfwhat you really want to feel, and letting yourself feel it.
This is just for you. No one else has to agree or approve, or get involved in any way.
This is your journey, your life, your freedom.
You can even make a list for yourself.Just creating your list is an extraordinary experience.
Take a few minutes at the end of this guided inner journey to write down the list of what you long to experience and feel. And don't hold back.
Everything you want to feel is already within you.It's the substance of your frequency field.
And like a musical note, it's there on the keyboard of your being.
All you have to do is play the notes, and they will naturally start vibrating within youThey will vibrate you.
Keep open to your longing. Your longing rings the very note it longs for.
Like everything we truly want to achieve in life, this requires patience and practice. Spend a few to several minutes every day feeling into what is on your list and adding to your list.
Be curious and open to what continues to reveal.
Only you can give yourself this miraculous and precious gift to energize and awaken the feeling states you long for.
We call these Inner Resources because they already exist within us, waiting like seeds to be sprouted, nurtured, and brought to life.
And every note on your inner keyboard is a seed.
The garden of your being is yours to establish within you.
Attend to your inner being with devotion to yourself.
You awaken the vibration of each inner resource, even as you name them, just with your conscious awareness.
What's on your list?
How does it feel to just name them now?
Can you feel them coming alive in your body, in your heart, in your consciousness?
And keep using your breath to calm, comfort, and relax you.
We are living into being a new reality of higher consciousness. We are undoing our old way of thinking. We are recreating our lives from the inside out. We are reclaiming our sovereignty.
It's your choice. It's your freedom.You have more power than you realize.
The power of your conscious awareness. You have the power and the freedom to grow the garden of your inner being.
